Steel construction in installation and mechanical engineering including sandblasting

Our large locksmith’s shop offers a large variety of machines for manufacturing and processing of sheet metal. There are presses with 200 tonnes pressure, folding and bending machines, scissors for sheet metal with possible cutting widths up to 3 m, saws with up to 1x1 m sawing cross-section and a cutting torch for plates up to 300 mm thickness both of unalloyed and low-alloyed kinds of steel.

Welding shop

We weld using an oxyacetylene flame, under electric arc, UP as well as under protective gas such as MIG, MAG and WIG controlled by certified welding tests according to DIN EN 287 and to special requirements of the mechanical engineering (e. g. brass and copper). Definition:

W01 ... unalloyed and low-alloyed carbon-manganese-steel including S355, so-called “construction steel”
W02 ... chromium-molybdenum steel and chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, so-called “heat-resisting steel”
W11 ... ferrite-austenite steel as well as pure chromium-nickel-austenite (complete austenite), so-called “stainless steel”
